Planobot web
Planobot supports the current stable desktop releases of Google Chrome and Safari. Firefox, Microsoft Edge, mobile browsers, embedded browsers, prerelease browser builds, and older browser versions are best effort. The web application is continuously deployed; customers cannot select or remain on an older Planobot web version.
Planobot Desktop
Planobot Desktop supports Apple silicon and Intel Macs running macOS 14 or newer. Only the latest publicly released Planobot Desktop version is supported. Older app releases and older macOS releases may stop working and do not receive compatibility fixes.
Integrations and developer interfaces
Google, OpenAI, Supabase, Anthropic CLI, Messages, WhatsApp archive, and email-archive behavior depends on provider and operating-system interfaces that Planobot supports on a best-effort basis within this policy. The Planobot Agent API and MCP interfaces remain private Early Access integrations; they are not supported public developer APIs and carry no public stability or backward-compatibility commitment.
Upgrades and compatibility changes
Planobot publishes customer-visible changes in the product changelog; artifact-specific desktop notes remain with each GitHub release. Planobot will publish a compatible desktop build before deploying a server change that requires it. Published desktop artifacts are immutable; corrections are delivered as a new patch release.
