These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Planobot's website, applications, integrations, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, connecting an integration, importing data, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Planobot provides tools to help users collect, organize, analyze, and manage communications, documents, tasks, projects, contacts, vendors, properties, payments, and related information.
The Service may process emails, text messages, WhatsApp messages, Telegram messages, documents, notes, attachments, and other user-provided content to identify and organize useful records.
Planobot may include AI-assisted features, automation, classification, extraction, search, summaries, and workflow tools.
2. Accounts
You may need to create an account to use the Service.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate account information
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Promptly notify us of unauthorized access
- Be responsible for activity under your account
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create security, legal, or operational risk.
3. Your Content
"User Content" means any information, messages, files, documents, communications, records, or other data that you upload, import, connect, submit, store, or process through the Service.
You retain ownership of your User Content.
You grant Planobot a limited license to host, store, process, transmit, display, analyze, classify, extract, and otherwise use User Content solely as needed to provide, secure, maintain, support, and improve the Service.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to provide User Content to Planobot and allow us to process it under these Terms.
4. Communication Data and Third-Party Messages
The Service may allow you to import or connect communication data from email, SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, or other messaging services.
You are responsible for complying with applicable laws, platform terms, workplace policies, confidentiality obligations, and consent requirements before importing or connecting communications that include other people's personal information.
You must not use Planobot to unlawfully monitor, intercept, collect, or process communications.
5. Third-Party Integrations
Planobot may integrate with third-party services such as email providers, messaging platforms, cloud storage providers, calendars, payment processors, or other tools.
Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, their security, their actions, or their handling of your information.
You may be able to disconnect integrations through Planobot settings or through the third-party provider.
6. AI Features and Output
Planobot may use AI or automated systems to analyze User Content and generate outputs, including summaries, classifications, extracted fields, suggested tasks, linked records, or recommendations.
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific situation.
You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI outputs before relying on them, especially for legal, financial, accounting, tax, property management, employment, compliance, safety, or other important decisions.
Planobot does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, or professional advice.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any law or regulation

9. Fees and Payment
Some parts of the Service may require payment.
If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges.
Subscription fees may renew automatically unless canceled according to the terms shown at purchase or in your account settings.
We may change pricing or plan features with notice where required.
Refunds, if any, will be handled according to the refund policy shown at purchase or required by law.
10. Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
We may update features, limits, integrations, APIs, models, or infrastructure.
We are not liable for Service interruptions, delays, data loss, integration failures, or feature changes, except where prohibited by law.
11. Security
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect the Service and User Content.
However, no system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for using strong passwords, protecting your devices, managing access permissions, and promptly reporting suspected security issues.
12. Data Export and Deletion
We may provide tools to export or delete certain User Content.
Some information may remain in backups, logs, billing records, security records, or legal compliance records for a limited period.
Deleting an integration may stop future imports but may not automatically delete data already imported into Planobot unless you delete that data or request deletion.
13. Intellectual Property
Planobot and its software, design, logos, trademarks, workflows, models, documentation, and other materials are owned by Planobot or its licensors.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of Planobot's intellectual property.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by law or with our written permission.
14. Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, ideas, or recommendations, you grant Planobot the right to use them without restriction or compensation.
15. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
