What analysis does
Planobot analyzes eligible Message text and supported attachment information to identify operational meaning. It looks for related records and structured facts rather than replacing the original communication.
What analysis can produce
Analysis can match or propose Properties, Tasks, Payments, Contacts, Counterparties, tenants, work threads, and other supported records. It can also classify a Message as informational or indicate that a result needs review.
Why review matters
Automated analysis can misread an amount, date, party, address, or intention. A Message can also omit information that is obvious only from outside context. Treat the source Message as evidence and verify important values before changing real-world work or payment decisions.
Human review
Newly proposed records normally use Needs Approval. Approve correct proposals, reject incorrect ones, merge duplicates, and edit supported fields. Analysis helps organize work; it does not remove user responsibility for final decisions.
