Goal

Finish first-time setup with an operational Work Space, a connected Gmail account, and a reviewed initial import.

Before you start

Use the Google account you want for Planobot sign-in. Be ready to authorize the Gmail inbox that receives property-related email; sign-in and Gmail access are separate Google authorizations.

Steps

  1. Select Start free with Google or Sign in and complete Google sign-in.
  2. On Set up your Spaces, name the provisioned Work and Personal Spaces. Enter the Work owner-routing email; Personal is optional and must be different when provided.
  3. Confirm the Early Access plan shown on the subscription step.
  4. On Connect Gmail, select Connect Gmail and approve read-only access.
  5. Choose a 1, 3, 7, or 30-day import range.
  6. Review progress while Planobot imports and analyzes eligible Messages.
  7. On Results, review each proposed Task and Payment. Approve, reject, or correct the fields provided there.
  8. Continue to Tasks or Emails.

Expected result

Planobot opens the application with recent Gmail Messages available in the Inbox. Approved suggestions appear in Tasks or Payments and remain linked to their source Messages.
