Problem
A detected record has the wrong value or relationship even though the overall record is useful.
Possible causes
A Message may contain several names, addresses, amounts, or dates. The correct value may also depend on context outside the Message, use unusual formatting, or appear in an attachment that is hard to interpret.
What to check
Review the exact source wording and determine what each value represents. Check that a received date was not used as a due date, that a total was not confused with a remaining balance, and that the selected Property or party is the intended one.
How to fix it
Use the Edit link during Message review or open the approved record's detail page. Save the correct value. For a wrong Message-to-Property relationship, use Replace or Unlink. Reject the entire proposal only when the structured record itself should not exist.

Use the contact form if the field is not editable or the correction repeatedly fails. Identify the record type and field; minimize private source content.
