The problem
A Message can contain several dates with different meanings. A service date, invoice date, response deadline, and payment due date should not become one interchangeable value.

Email with dates → date-role analysis → proposed due date → user verification → tracked Task or Payment
Example
A notice dated September 5 requires a response by September 20. Planobot can propose September 20 as the Task due date without replacing the notice date or the Message received time.
What you can do
Compare the extracted date with the exact wording, correct it before or after approval, record the next action, and use Task status to show whether work is active, waiting, blocked, ready to close, or complete.
