What is a Property?
A Property is a central organizing record in Planobot. It identifies a managed place or other supported property and gives related communication and work a shared context.
Property information
A Property requires a Name and Type. Types are Real Estate, Vehicle, and Other. A Property can also include address fields, aliases, tenant names, legal-entity names, notes, and additional structured addresses.
What can relate to a Property
Property detail can gather Messages, Tasks, payment workflows, Payment records, Counterparties, tenants, utilities, insurance policies, property-tax records, recurring obligations, vehicles, legal entities, and addresses.
Why Property details matter
Names, addresses, and aliases help Planobot match a Message to the correct Property. Automatic matches can be imperfect, so review proposed Properties and Property links before relying on them.
