From communication to organized work
Planobot separates the original communication from the operational records created from it:
Messages → analysis → Tasks, Payments, and useful information → related Contacts and Properties
A Message is the source communication. Analysis identifies details and relationships. Tasks represent action. Payments represent money-related records and obligations. Properties, Contacts, Counterparties, and other records provide the context needed to organize that work.
Original communication
A Message keeps the imported subject, sender, recipients, body, time, attachments, and source identifiers that Planobot is allowed to read. The Message remains available after structured records are created, so users can verify the source.
Structured records
Structured records make details easier to find and manage than they would be inside email alone. A Task can hold a status, priority, due date, next action, and Property. A Payment can hold an amount, due date, direction, parties, status, and invoice or confirmation number.
Relationships
Links explain how records belong together. A Message may reference several records. A Task or Payment can link to a Property and back to related Messages. A Property detail gathers its linked work and supporting records in one place.
