Add a Property

Create a Property that can organize Messages, Tasks, Payments, and related operational records.

1. Open Properties.
2. Select Add property.
3. Enter a clear Name.
4. Choose Real Estate, Vehicle, or Other as the Type.
5. Enter known address fields. Leave unknown address fields blank instead of adding placeholders.
6. Add useful aliases or notes when they help identify the Property.
7. Select Save Property.

The Property appears in the Property directory. Its detail page can show information and linked elements including Messages, Tasks, Payments, Counterparties, tenants, utilities, insurance, tax records, recurring obligations, vehicles, legal entities, and addresses.
