Why connect Gmail
Planobot connects to the inbox where you receive property-management email. Imported email becomes Messages that Planobot can organize and analyze for Tasks, Payments, Properties, Contacts, Counterparties, and other useful information.
What Planobot can access
Planobot requests Google's read-only Gmail permission. For the import range or ongoing Inbox monitoring you choose, Planobot may read message headers, sender and recipient addresses, subject, body, timestamps, provider and thread identifiers, relevant labels, and attachments.
The permission does not let Planobot send, edit, or delete Gmail messages. Planobot stores imported copies and the operational records derived from them. Read Data Practices for the current public data-handling details.
Connect during setup
On Connect Gmail, select Connect Gmail and complete Google's authorization screen. When the account is active, Continue becomes available. Then select the recent range you want Planobot to import first.
What happens next
Planobot imports eligible Gmail Inbox messages from the selected range and analyzes messages that still need analysis. Messages already imported and completely analyzed are counted without being downloaded and analyzed again.
After setup, manage connected accounts from Settings → Gmail accounts. That page includes pause, resume, reconnect, default Space, and disconnect controls. Disconnecting stops future import but does not remove previously imported Messages or derived records.
