Planobot Missed an Important Message

The Message exists in Planobot, but it was placed in the wrong folder, marked informational, or did not produce an expected Task or Payment.

• The Message does not contain enough context to identify the intended action.
• Important details are in an unsupported or unclear part of an attachment.
• Analysis interpreted the Message as informational.
• A related record could not be matched confidently.
• The Message analysis failed or has not completed.

1. Open the Message from Inbox → All.
2. Check its analysis state and linked records.
3. Read the full source content and relevant attachment information.
4. Look for an unresolved Property or record proposal that needs review.
5. Confirm that a search or folder filter is not hiding an existing Task or Payment.

Use Re-run analysis when the Message is eligible and the existing result is incomplete. If no correct record is proposed, create a Task with + Add Task or a Payment with Add payment, then link the source Message from the record's linked elements when available. Correct the Property link from Message detail if needed.

Use the contact form if re-analysis repeatedly fails or the Message cannot be reviewed. Describe the expected record type and the visible analysis state without sending unnecessary private content.
