Messages are the source
Imported Gmail email appears in the Inbox as Messages. Open a Message to see its content, analysis state, linked records, and the review controls available for detected information.
Tasks, Payments, and information
An analyzed Message can produce several kinds of results:
- a Task for work that needs attention;
- a Payment record for an invoice, reminder, receipt, or other payment-related document;
- links to a Property, Contact, Counterparty, tenant, or another supported record;
- an informational classification when no Task or Payment is needed.
One Message can be connected to more than one result.
Review before relying on a result
A proposed record can appear with Needs Approval. Compare the title, amount, due date, Property, parties, and other important fields with the source Message. Use Approve when the proposal is correct, Reject when it should not exist, or Merge when it duplicates an existing record.
When Planobot is wrong
Reject an incorrect proposal before approval. For an approved Task, Payment, or Property, open the record and use its edit form to correct supported fields. Message detail also provides Property link, replace, and unlink controls.
AI analysis can miss context or extract an imperfect value. The source Message remains available so you can verify and correct operational records.
