Planobot proposes; you decide
Planobot uses analysis to organize Messages and propose structured records. Proposals that need a decision remain in review until you approve or reject them.
Approve, reject, or merge
Use Approve when the proposed record and displayed associations are correct. Use Reject when the proposal should not exist. Use Merge when the proposal refers to an approved record that already exists. Bulk Approve All and Reject All are available in Message AI Review when their scope is appropriate.
Edit a result
Message AI Review exposes Edit links while Edit Mode is active. A canonical record editor can save and return to the Message. Approved Tasks, Payments, and Properties also have edit forms on their detail pages.
Correct relationships
Message detail supports Link property, Replace, and Unlink for Property relationships. Task detail supports linked elements, and record detail pages show the Messages and other records that supply context.
Check the complete result
After a correction, recheck the source Message, status, due date, Property, parties, and related records. A corrected field does not automatically prove every other detected relationship is correct.
