The problem
A repair request may require several follow-ups, but an inbox provides little structure for ownership, priority, due dates, prerequisites, or completion.
How Planobot helps
Planobot can identify actionable work in an imported Message and propose a Task. The Task can carry a Property, status, priority, due date, next action, checklist steps, prerequisites, and links back to supporting Messages.
How it works
Request email → analyzed Message → proposed Task → review → active Task → completion
Example
A tenant reports a leaking kitchen faucet at 123 Example Street and asks for a visit this week. Planobot can propose a maintenance Task linked to the Message and Property. The manager confirms the due date, sets the next action, and tracks the work through Done.
What you can do
Approve or reject the detected Task, edit its details, add prerequisites or checklist steps, link records, and change its workflow status as work progresses.
