Planobot is an inbox-first property operations app for small property managers and owner-operators. It brings property-related communication into one Inbox and turns useful details into work that can be tracked.
An imported email remains a Message. Planobot analyzes that Message and can identify related Properties, Contacts, Counterparties, Tasks, Payments, and other useful records. The original Message remains available as the source for those records.
The problem Planobot solves
A vendor invoice, tenant request, insurance notice, or maintenance deadline can arrive in the same inbox as ordinary email. Important work is easy to miss when the source and the follow-up live in different places.
Planobot keeps the communication and the operational result connected. A detected repair can become a Task. An invoice can become a Payment record. Both can be associated with the relevant Property and the Message that supplied the information.
Automation with user control
Planobot proposes structure; it does not make every result final. Records identified from messages may wait for approval. You can approve or reject a proposal, merge it with an existing record, edit saved details, and manage links where those controls are available.
Planobot tracks payment information and related work. It does not pay invoices or move money.
