What is a Message?
A Message in Planobot is an imported or captured communication. The product supports message channels including email, SMS, WhatsApp, iMessage, portal messages, phone entries, and manual notes; the public web setup currently connects Gmail for email import.
What a Message can contain
A Message can include a subject, sender, recipients, body, timestamp, attachments, channel, read state, analysis state, and links to operational records. Email Messages can also provide a link back to Gmail when the source identifier supports it.
How Messages are organized
The Inbox provides All and Email views plus folders such as Regular Tasks, Payments, Misc, Promo, Info, Alerts and Codes, Archive, Trash, and Junk. Tags and analysis results determine where a Message appears. A Message linked to a Payment, for example, appears in the Payments folder.
What you can do from a Message
From Message detail you can review detected records, approve or reject pending results, merge duplicates, open edit links, manage Property links, mark the Message read or unread, archive it, restore it, and inspect related records. Message list controls also support analysis, ignore, read, Trash, and restore actions where applicable.
