What a Property does
A Property is an organizing record for a place or other managed property. Tasks, Payments, Messages, Counterparties, tenants, utilities, insurance, tax records, and other information can be linked to it.
Minimum setup
- Open Properties.
- Select Add property.
- Enter a Name.
- Choose the Type: Real Estate, Vehicle, or Other.
- Add address details when they are known and useful for matching.
- Select Save Property.
Only Name and Type are required. Do not enter placeholders for address details you do not know.
Help Planobot recognize the Property
A complete address and useful aliases can make later matching more reliable. The Property detail also supports linked elements such as Messages, Tasks, Payments, Counterparties, tenants, utilities, insurance, tax records, recurring obligations, vehicles, legal entities, and additional addresses.
Review AI-proposed Properties
Planobot can propose a Property when a Message refers to a place that does not match an approved record. Review the proposal before approval. If it duplicates an existing Property, use the available merge workflow instead of keeping two records.
