The problem
The same Gmail account may receive an invoice for one building, a tenant request for another, and an insurance notice for a third. Foldering by sender alone does not provide reliable Property context.
How Planobot helps
Planobot imports the Messages into one Space and attempts to associate their Tasks, Payments, people, and supporting records with the correct Property. Names, addresses, and aliases help matching.

Shared inbox → individual Messages → Property matching → reviewed links → Property-specific activity
Example
An invoice names 123 Example Street while a repair request names 456 Sample Avenue. Planobot can propose different Property links even though both emails arrived in the same Gmail account.
What you can do
Add clear Property records, review automatic links, use Link property or Replace when a Message is unmatched or wrong, and open a Property to see its related work.
