Problem
Planobot proposed a Task that should not exist, duplicated another Task, or contains the wrong title, Property, status, priority, due date, or next action.
What to check
Compare the proposed Task with the source Message. Check whether the Message asks for action, whether an existing Task already covers it, and whether a date represents the actual action deadline.
Fix a proposed Task
Use Reject if no Task is needed. Use Merge if the Task duplicates an approved record. Use the Edit link if the Task is useful but a supported field is wrong, then return to the Message and finish review.
Fix an approved Task
Open the Task detail, edit its fields, and select Save Task. Use Complete only when work is complete, Reopen when completed work becomes active again, Cancelled when work should stop, or Trash when the record belongs outside active lists.
Still not working?
Use the contact form if the edit or review action repeatedly fails. Include the screen and visible error, but do not include private Message text unless needed.
