Goal

Authorize Planobot to import email from a Gmail Inbox using Google's read-only Gmail permission.

Connect Gmail during setup

  1. Open the Connect Gmail setup step.
  2. Select Connect Gmail.
  3. Choose the Google account that receives the property-related email you want to organize.
  4. Review and approve Google's read-only Gmail permission.
  5. Return to Planobot and confirm that the account is active.
  6. Select Continue, then choose the initial import range.

Connect another Gmail account

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Open Gmail accounts.
  3. Select Connect Gmail Account.
  4. Complete Google's authorization screen.
  5. Return to Gmail accounts and check the account's default Space and status.

Expected result

The Gmail account appears under Settings → Gmail accounts as Active. Planobot can import eligible Inbox email into the account's configured default Space and continue ongoing monitoring.
